How long does shipping take?
Ans: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once your order has been completed, it will be forwarded directly to our logistics team.

Depending on the size and type of items ordered, it takes 1–2 working days to prepare and process your order. We carefully check the quality, make any adjustments, package the goods, and hand them over to our delivery partners.

Delivery times:

United Kingdom: 5–7 working days

Rest of the world: 10–15 working days

Do you offer express delivery?
Ans: Yes! At checkout, we offer express shipping options for faster delivery.

Can I track my order?
Ans: Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Ans: Yes, we ship to almost every country.


Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here is how you can return or exchange your item.

What is your return policy?
Ans: You may return unworn items within 30 days in their original packaging for a full refund.

What are the costs of a return shipment?
Ans: As a start-up, we currently cannot cover the full cost of return shipping. Additionally, for environmental reasons, we aim to reduce unnecessary transport and minimize return routes. Thank you for your understanding.

How can I request a return or exchange?
Ans: If you are not satisfied, you may return your order or parts of it.

Please note: We can only accept returns and refunds for items that are unused, clean, odour-free, and in their original condition. Soiled or worn items cannot be refunded.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email. We will then send you further instructions.

When returning goods, please enclose the return form you receive by email. This helps us process your return more quickly and link it correctly to your order.

When will I receive my refund?
