Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once your order has been completed, it will be forwarded directly to our logistics team.
Depending on the size and type of items ordered, it takes 1-2 working days to prepare and process your order. We carefully check the quality, make any adjustments, package the goods and hand them over to our delivery partners.

Returns and exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If something is not quite right, you can read here how to return or exchange your item.
You may return unworn items within 30 days in their original packaging for a full refund.
Unfortunately, as a start-up, we are currently unable to cover the full cost of return shipping. Furthermore, for environmental reasons, we would like to reduce the number of delivery routes and minimise the number of return trips. We thank you for your cooperation.
If you are not satisfied, you may also return your order or parts thereof.
Please note that we can only accept returns and refunds for items that are unused, clean, odour-free, and in their original condition. Soiled or worn items are not suitable for resale and will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

When returning goods, please enclose the return form that you will receive by email. This speeds up the processing of returns and ensures that returns can be linked to orders within our system.
