Refund policy

Our policy is 30 days. You must return the product within 30 days of purchase to the following address: 110 Slipps Close, Frome, BA11 1FW, United Kingdom

If more than 30 days have passed since purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or substances, and flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted.

 

Other items that cannot be returned:

* Gift vouchers

* Downloadable software

* Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only a partial refund will be granted: (if applicable)

* Books that show obvious signs of use

* CDs, DVDs, videotapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

* Any items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts that are not due to a fault on our part.

* Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refund (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Only items purchased at the regular price are eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item for the same item, please email info@pamyostudio.com.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift voucher by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver so they are aware of your return.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These will not be refunded. When you receive your refund, the cost of the return will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, it may take some time before you receive your replacement product.

If you are shipping an item worth more than £75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or insure your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
