Shipping policy
Order processing time:
Your order will be processed within 1-3 working days, regardless of the shipping method you choose. We ship from Monday to Friday, except on weekends and public holidays. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days, but please allow up to 3 working days for processing. This means that if you place your order on Tuesday, you can expect to receive it by Friday at the latest.
In some cases, order processing may be delayed due to incorrect or incomplete payment or order details, for example if an incorrect delivery address has been provided.
If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, you have one hour after purchase to change your order. If you need to correct your order details, please contact info@pamyostudio.com. We are not responsible for incorrect information, such as an incorrect delivery address, entered by the customer. United Kingdom: 5-7 working days
Rest of the world: 10-15 working days
Delivery times may be delayed in some cases due to factors beyond our control, such as:
IR conflicts/strikes
Weather conditions
Season (e.g. public holidays)
Large and/or bulky items
Errors on the part of the shipping service.
If any of the above scenarios occur with your parcel, we will inform you as best we can about our options.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We have no control over whether or not your country's customs authorities charge shipping costs. If your country's customs authorities charge additional costs, you agree that additional costs may apply when the parcel arrives in your country. Please contact your country's customs authorities for more information about the specific regulations in your country.
NOTE: We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance in the destination country. In addition, shipping to some countries may incur additional shipping costs due to their geographical location.
Discussion about an incorrect address:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct. Shipping times are tight, so it is not always possible to change the delivery address. Always check the address you have entered before proceeding with payment. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
If the order is already being processed or has already been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. In that case, we can only wait for the parcel to be returned to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the full amount as soon as it arrives.
RETURNS:
When you place an order in our shop, you are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
